As reported by Membership Chairman – Diane Wright-Cook
I have been collecting many addresses of business and residents who live adjacent to our “brown “signs. A letter has been written to them of greetings and information about the signs, what we do and extending an invitation for them to join KCAHTA. This is our small part of educating the public about the trails and our signage for these important “hard points” along the trails.
We don’t know what the end results will be but hope to gain a few new members from giving them information about why these areas have been marked by our organization and the importance of the area.
